What We’re Seeking:

- At least 1 year of maintenance experience.

- Possession of industry-related certifications or licenses is a major advantage.

- Willingness to travel among our local properties. Reliable transportation is non-negotiable!

- Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to timely follow-up.

- Flexibility for the occasional weekend and those inevitable after-hour emergencies.

Note: Be geared up! There will be times you'll deal heavy equipment lifting.

Essential Experience: If you don't already have Apartment Maintenance experience, a background in Hotel, Rehab, Condo, Construction, or Carpentry is crucial. We consider these experiences foundational for this role in the multi-family industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.03 - $27.63 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
