They will have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal clients.Responsibilities:Respond to group inquiries and other requests in a timely mannerBlock groups in hotel systemsPrepare, show rooms, and give tours to walk-in clientsCreate and distribute flyers for special eventsOversee group blocks and rooming lists, ensuring accuracy using our reservation systemRoute billing, payments, etc.Prepare reports for revenue management and sales teamsAssist with scheduling and servicing meeting rooms as neededOrder and inventory sales amenities and suppliesProvide support and sales insightOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Front Desk Agent in the hotel industryFront Desk or Sales experience with the brand strongly preferredHighly motivated, self-directed, with strong initiative and desire for achievementExceptional customer service skills requiredProfessional attire requiredStrong computer skills, email, Excel, must be trainable on Sales systemsExcellent communication, problem solving, and presentations skills required
