Duties:
- Manage showroom inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Supervise showroom staff, providing guidance and support
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends
- Lead recruiting efforts and conduct interviews for new hires
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
- Collaborate with the buying team to optimize product selection
- Maintain a visually appealing showroom layout

- Proven experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and administrative skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in math for inventory management and sales analysis
