Mc Nabb Partners is a dirt remediation/reclamation, environmental and construction company based out of Hobbs, NM that is opening a new facility in Midland Texas.
Position Overview:
FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responds to customer inquiries and recommends solutions to meet customer needs. Achieves maximum sales profitability and growth by effectively selling the company's services. Significant interface with key customers and suppliers to ensure understanding of and conformance to requirements. Builds strong relationships leading to value added opportunities. Understanding and responding to customer needs is a critical success factor.

Typically two - four years sales experience with similar products in a similar environment, preferably in the industrial services sector of the Oil and Gas Industry. Dirt remediation/reclamation, construction and environmental experience a PLUS. Experience working to provide customer with specifics to meet service, price and delivery specifications while maximizing profitability for the Company.

Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications includes commission with bonus potential
