We are seeking a professional Inside Sales Representative who is enthusiastic and capable of communicating effectively with our customers at McLaren Industries. The ideal candidate can work independently, have a strong work ethic, and can develop longstanding customer relationships. We're looking for a candidate who loves the challenge of selling products and has the capacity to build their own sales pipeline.

What to expect in this role:

• Guaranteed Hot Leads via rotating schedule.
• Hot leads via Inbound calls, Online quote requests, social media requests
• Warm leads to make up book of business (previous customers, most with purchase history)
• Top products in the industry (easy to sell, well-known brand)
• Potential for remote work with high performance (after 6-month employment and 3-month average of $150k sales)
• Uncapped commissions

Responsibilities:

• Analyze information to identify business problems and opportunities
• Prepare business proposals that outline your solutions
• Provide solutions to client's issues and assist them in achieving their goals
• Create business opportunities by networking with others
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
• Use customer service skills to resolve client complaints
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one year of sales experience
• Must be able to commute to office in Jacksonville, FL

Compensation:

• Starts at $30/hour on sliding commission wage
• Uncapped commission bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
