DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates Competency in the Following Areas: |
Develops and maintains annual and quarterly training spreadsheets |
Oversee recruiting resources and strategies. |
Collects and analyzes information concerning turnover and other personnel statistics. Maintains all benefit platforms and ensures accuracy. Leads the Employee Engagement Committee |
Develops Employee of the month and other moral boosting activities and recognition. |
Anticipates recruitment problems, considers new sources of labor supply, improves recruitment and placement methods. Audit open job posting to ensure they are still currently needed to stay open. Monitor Applications and screen applicants. Set up appointments for interviews with the candidate and manager. Develops and maintains a list of job descriptions for the facility. Send current term and hire list to Managers. Send current open job postings to Farmer. Attends WOWC meetings |
Coordinates with Employee Health pre-employment drug screens and physicals. |
Reviews benefits with all new employees; answers ongoing benefit questions. |
Conducts exit interviews; provides summaries to department managers. Mediates conflicts between employees and management to resolve misunderstandings, facilitates communication to promote effective working relationships. Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality |
