At McKenzie we operate in a fast-paced Finance environment which include Credit Repair, Taxes and Loans where everyone rolls up their sleeves to accelerate our services forward for our customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Senior Credit Repair Specialist, who can review credit repair, debts, taxes, and loan by phone with clients and internal team.
- Ensure accuracy with client information in the CRM – Credit Repair Cloud and Tax CRM
- Strategize disputes, processes and communicate with Junior and Mid-level Credit Repair Specialist about the strategies and letters that need to be written and mailed for each client.
- Oversee Junior| Mid Credit Repair Specialist who prepares and sends dispute letters and enforce processes and track their daily task
- Lead Finance project events including project milestones, plans, cross team planning, and synchronization sessions.
- Monitor the cross functional teamwork assignments, ensuring teams are tracking to Operation completion.
- Assist the teams in delivering solution-level value by guiding teams and stakeholders across operations
- Manage operations risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Reporting to key internal and external stakeholders including leadership reports.
- Ability to wear Multiple hats
