Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Estimator to join our team. The Landscape Estimator will play a key role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating the costs associated with landscaping services and providing timely and competitive pricing to prospective clients. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of landscape materials, techniques, and labor requirements.
Responsibilities:
including material take-offs, labor rates, and overhead costs.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to prospective clients in a timely
manner, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Participate in bid review meetings and presentations with clients to discuss project scope,
pricing, and value-added services.
- Maintain organized records of all project estimates, bids, and correspondence for future
reference and analysis.
- Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and pricing fluctuations to adjust estimates accordingly and optimize profitability.
