Mariani Premier Group is Hiring an Executive Assistant Near Denver, CO

JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant is a pivotal role, offering professional administrative support to the President. This position is integral to aligning the President's efforts with the company's objectives and KPI's. As an Executive Assistant, you are vital in maintaining smooth business operations, ensuring organization, and promoting efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Executive Support to the President: Manage and prioritize the President's commitments and calendar. This includes coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  • Communication Management: Handle the President's correspondence by reading, researching, and routing communications; draft letters and documents; collect and analyze information; and initiate telecommunications. Respond on behalf of the President through written, email, or phone communications.
  • CRM Management: Input new prospects from the President into the CRM and maintain communication with the President's current prospects.
  • Filing System Administration: Create and implement an electronic and physical filing system for the President.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the execution of company events, such as ordering group lunches and organizing business-related events.
  • Information Production: Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, particularly in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Expense Management: Reconcile and process the President's expense reports weekly.
  • Travel Management: Research, book, and manage the executive's travel schedules.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 5 years of successful administrative experience at an executive management level.
  • Passion for working with people and developing relationships.
  • Extensive computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Outlook.
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and handling multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Possess composure, professionalism, a good sense of humor, and a willingness to address what the situation demands.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility for fleet insurance approval.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
  • Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
