Role Summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level strategic administrative support to Rowan’s C-suite leaders. the Executive Assistant is a critical part of the team, empowering Rowan to work efficiently by maximizing the time and expertise of the executive team. The Executive Assistant will be a supportive force for this team by leading on administrative duties, travel arrangements, calendar management, key stakeholder correspondence, and overseeing a wide variety of special projects in support of the company’s goals and mission.

To be successful in this role, the Executive Assistant must be proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, have excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on this role to be a proactive problem solver while also maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations.

Travel

Ability to travel up to (15%) for company gatherings or critical meetings.

On-site in Denver, CO

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 5 executive’s complex calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and understanding the key priorities of each in order to design their time in a way that maximizes impact. This will include agenda distribution and meeting minutes, as needed.
  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  • Manage senior executives’ travel logistics and expenses, including accommodations and transportation as needed.
  • Works with business operations team to help plan team events, agendas and logistics for key meetings, and tracks actions items and notes to ensure everyone is clear on next steps and outcomes.
  • Assists in organizing and executing on fast-moving information requests from the Board or advisors or investors by working with the appropriate teams at Rowan.
  • Work with the EAs for customer or board members to organize key meetings and ensure we keep a regular cadence.
  • Support office management duties depending on location, such as keeping up with office supply inventory, managing shipping needs, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials. Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle C-Level matters.
  • Represent the company and the Executive in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.

Education, Skills, and Experience

  • 5 years of related experience working in an executive assistant role supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment and perform additional duties needed.
  • A strong business sense to assess priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
  • A commitment to excellence. Able to perform duties at the highest level, consistently.
  • An excellent communicator. Able to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information
  • A service focus. A dedication to meeting the expectations of the leadership team by maintaining effective relationships and building trust.
  • The ability to think outside of the box with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning software and systems.
  • A flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
