We are currently seeking a Sous Chef for our community The Firs located in Olympia, Washington.
Schedule: Full Time (must be able to work weekends and hours between 6:00 am -7:30 pm)
Pay: starting at $17.50
The responsibilities of the Sous Chef are to properly prepare all food items in accordance with the recipes and planned menus provided and to oversee the Dining Services Department under direction from the Director of Dining Services. Provides direction to Cooks in the absence of Dining Services Management.
