Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Memory Care Part-Time staff member. In this role, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with memory care needs in an assisted living setting. This is a part-time position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents with memory care needs
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines
- Implement memory care programs and activities to promote cognitive stimulation and engagement
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or memory care needs is preferred
- Knowledge of assisted living systems and procedures
- Familiarity with medication administration protocols
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
