Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant with a strong focus on project coordination and strategic thinking. This role demands an individual with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to anticipate and address evolving needs. The successful candidate will excel at providing as needed Executive support while also managing multiple projects simultaneously, providing insightful analysis, and contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks.
    • Track project progress, reporting key metrics and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate meetings and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
    • Manage project resources, including technology, budget, and personnel.
  • Strategic Support:
    • Conduct informational research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Assist with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
    • Identify and assess emerging trends and opportunities in the healthcare sector.
    • Prepare concise and informative presentations and reports for senior leadership.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend course corrections as needed.
  • Executive Support:
    • Manage the executive's calendar and schedule appointments.
    • Prepare agendas, confidential documents and presentations, and track tasks and outcomes.
    • Travel arrangements and logistics coordination.
    • Proactively anticipate needs and provide exceptional service.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Public Health Analyst Duties:
    • Compile and analyze data related to healthcare access, quality, and outcomes.
    • Identify and assess health disparities and community needs.
    • Develop and present summary reports and recommendations to leadership.
    • Stay current on relevant healthcare legislation and regulations.
    • Collaborate with public health professionals and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management or administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its key challenges.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and anticipate future needs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace suite of products, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
