MB Coatings, Inc. is growing, and we need you! We are currently licensed in California and expanding into Arizona.
A dynamic Commercial Painting Company is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and lead our Arizona office. The Project Manager should control the time, cost, and quality of our projects. It is essential to plan and coordinate all aspects of the existing and upcoming jobs. Qualifications
- Be a motivated self starter.
- Commercial Paint Project Management Experience is required.
- Planswift, or similar construction estimating software proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of the Arizona commercial construction market is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook & Excel) is required.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Superb time management, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Ability to understand and present products and services.
- Bilingual is a .
- Knowledge of payroll & accounting systems is a .
Responsibilities
- Gain market share and Promote company services to General Contractors and property managers.
- Actively follow-up with clients for bid results and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of paint products and wall finish systems.
- Bid painting, wallcovering, wall protection and fabric-wrapped panel scope and attend job walks.
- Ensure assigned project(s) are kept on schedule.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate projects from start to finish through final touchup.
- Manage field & office personnel.
- Manage project budgets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
