**Job Description:**

As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth by developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services to plumbers, insurance agents, and other industry professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our water damage repair services to plumbers, contractors, and other professionals.

- Create compelling visuals and promotional materials to enhance brand awareness.

- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent our company.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business development activities.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of water damage repair and remodeling projects.
