MaxHome, backed by Renuity, is launching its latest product lines and hiring Outside Sales Consultants for our expansion in Baton Rouge!

As an outside sales representative, you’ll be trained extensively in all our product lines and coached to deliver professional interactive presentations. Our marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified appointments; we handle the front-end legwork. MaxHome will train you in our solutions-based sales approach and offer the support you need to thrive within our consultative sales program.

What We Offer:

• Uncapped earning potential: first-year earnings average between $80,000 to $120,000 , second-year earnings from $120,000 to $150,000 , with top performers making upwards of $250,000

• Your leads/appointments are provided, qualified, and scheduled for you! 

• 2 to 3 scheduled and pre-qualified appointments per day 
• Our inside sales team ensures that all stakeholders will be in attendance during your appointments 

What You'll Do as an Outside Construction Sales Representative:

• Be trained in our product lines and the delivery of our scripted presentation process
• Work closely with leadership and mentors to continually improve performance 
• Work a full schedule, including evening and Saturday appointments
• Travel to and execute 2 – 3 consultations/appointments per day 
• Apply consistent effort and a great attitude to meet and exceed planned sales goals/quotas 
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts 
• Provide best-in-class customer service
