CMC Corporate Solutions, a Louisiana based commercial and industrial HVAC service provider, is looking for team members to enhance its rapidly growing Baton Rouge & New Orleans commercial group.
Job Summary:
The Outside Sales Representative will sell services and solutions offered by the company to potential clientele.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Duties:
- Executes sales of service, service agreements, projects & energy efficiency.
- Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their service needs; identifies and suggests services to meet those needs.
- Determines potential customer needs and works with our subject matter specialist to provide solutions.
- Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; helps to engage new customer to the operations department.
- Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of related experience preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC systems and components preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel.
