Position: Sales Manager - General Contractor
Overview:
Join our dynamic construction company as a Sales Manager and lead our sales team to new heights. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a passion for the construction industry and a proven track record in sales management. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic initiatives, and nurturing client relationships to ensure the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
