Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of operations, including food and beverage, rooms, and housekeeping. You'll ensure seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards across all areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations across food and beverage, rooms, and housekeeping departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize service quality, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, guest feedback, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on food and beverage, rooms, and housekeeping.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
