JOB DESCRIPTION

Tech Electronics is looking to hire an Inspector Operations Manager. The primary function of the Inspector Operations Manager is to manage a team of Fire Alarm and building technologies inspectors, as well as lead and manage the inspection deliverables and strategy across all offices.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Engage, educate, and ensure team members education and certification

· Successfully drive the service inspection business operations for field employees

· Promote a positive culture to achieve quality goals

· Achieve profitable business results

· Engage internal and external customers with positive results

· Ensures tools and vehicle fleet readiness for the field inspection team

· Ensure inspections are done consistently and effectively across all offices

· Ensure Health and Safety of team members through education and audits

· Select, Hire, Train, and develop new employees

· Provide other activities as assigned by the manager

Basic Qualifications:

· High school diploma or state-recognized GED

· 3 years of experience with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

· 3 years of Fire Alarm and Building Technology experience

· 1 year of supervisory experience ideally leading a union-represented workforce

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems

· Good verbal and written communication skills in English

· Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

· Associate degree or greater

· NICET II or greater

· Ability to read and understand customer service contract

Must be able to pass a drug and background screen.
