Maury Regional Health is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near Columbia, TN

Title: HRIS Analyst-System Development-Human Resources

Location: Maury Regional Medical Center

Position Shift: Full-Time

Position Summary:

Serves as the system administrator of the HRIS system. Develops specialized and/or highly technical reports as requested. Responsible for developing and maintaining HR system interfaces. Serves as the Technical subject matter expert for HR applications. Provides oversight of the Performance Management system. Provides technical oversight of the HRIS system maintenance, upgrades and new implementations. Provides technical oversight and instruction to HRIS Reporting Specialists and HRIS System Support Analyst. Works closely with IT and other tam on projects and serves as technical representative for the HR Department

Responsibilities:

  • Researches and suggests solutions of unexpected results from HRIS systems.
  • Researches the resolution of system issues. Makes recommendations for better utilization and design. Provides information system and software assistance/training for staff.
  • Monitors the system for failures or variances. Trouble shoots issues, implements steps, practices or processes to resolve issues.
  • Creates, implements and monitors interfaces. Investigates and resolves issues as they arise. Develops and managers IPAs and makes configuration console changes in the HRIS system. Oversees and manages the INFOR tickets to include implementing and communicating resolution steps.
  • Oversees, builds, and tests system implementations or upgrades.
  • Provides oversight of system functionality, researches and manages the resolution of system issues. Provides technical support to implement annual adjustments and mass adjustments throughout the year

Credentials / Education:

  • Required: 1 year SQL Programmer, Crystal Reporting and Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Access
  • Preferred: 1 yr. Human Resource Information System
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s in Related field
