Responsibilities

We approach sales in our agency from a unique position. With a value based approach, sales team members are focused on the needs of the client first. This position requires applicants to be able to cultivate a relationship with customers to produce a proper insurance strategy that fits each prospects needs.

This position is a true sales position. Team members have monthly goals and expectations around their sales numbers.
