Matson Alarm Of Tennessee is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Franklin, TN
We're looking for experienced, professional Sales Manager who will oversee the entire sales and marketing process. The Sales Manager will be responsible for attracting new clients and coordinating with our marketing team to create comprehensive lead generation programs and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a background in business and marketing as well as strong communication skills and an ability to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Account for sales and business growth by analyzing and understanding industry trends, consumer behavior and competitors' abilities to meet consumer demands.
- Directly supervise sales personnel.
- Interpret market data and make predictions based on the information gathered.
- Provide guidance to employees.
- Present market data to upper management.
- Plan, organize, direct and control a department or business unit operations.
- Provide motivation for employees to achieve goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,700.22 - $148,712.00 per year
