Job Description

The Central Territory Inside Service Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of inside sellers to drive incremental orders and sales. This person will be responsible to guide and aid their sellers by providing opportunities for growth, coaching, training, and development.

The Central Territory Inside Service Sales Manager will have the following hybrid schedule:

onsite at Franklin, TN office Monday-Wednesday and remote Thursday/Friday and will support customers in the Central Time Zone.

The Inside Service Sales manager will be responsible for ensuring all their Inside Service Sales Representatives are trained on offers, systems, processes, and channel programs. The successful candidate with have a background leading by example, have a passion for services, and a mindset for transformation.

The Inside Service Sales Manager will be responsible to ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting. This person will need to work cross functionally to remove barriers and ensure sales is focusing on sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. He / She will also be focused, goal oriented, and have a competitive nature. The candidate should be able to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of any project given to them

• Minimum of 3 years of customer facing sales experience
• Understanding of Service Execution and Sales offers
• Strong passion and background at identifying and developing talent
• Strong business acumen, proven track record of growth and managing a sales team
