We are looking for a responsible, self-starting Service dispatcher to manage our service desk operations. Must be highly organized and motivated.
Look, we need someone that has it together and can keep our techs on track - showing up at the right time, at the right place with the right gear is crucial. We have systems in place to do this but we need a person to manage the process.
We're a tech firm so the atmosphere is pretty loose but everyone works hard.

Dispatcher responsibilities include managing the tickets that clients submit, assigning those tickets to our Techs and coordinating activities with our clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like Word, Excel and office equipment. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.
MUST be organized.
