Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a high-octane local certified Product Manager who will lead a legacy system migration/implementation. The risk is that the legacy systems might have issues 31 different ways, so this person will go out to the plants and find out how they trace now (excel spreadsheet, data base, etc.) This person needs understanding of the law, might work with legal, will work with food safety team.

Top skills -Ideal candidate will have experience in food safety and traceability. Nice to have food manufacturing or food science experience.

Salary Range: $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Benefits

Skills:

• 3 years of software development, product management or business analyst experience in an technology business with demonstrated success in sales and/or customer use through the delivery of new / evolving products
• 3 years of experience bringing customer-facing technology products to market
• Excellent oral / written communication skills and extreme attention-to-detail
• Ability to identify metrics / key performance measures and use data to drive decisions that enhance the customer & user experience
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Demonstrated leadership experience in product management Desired
• Any experience with iterative product development (Agile)
• Any product management experience with a multi-channel retailer
• Any experience using Atlassian products groomed backlog and providing 1-N prioritization for backlog
• Set criteria for Minimum Viable Product to increase the speed / frequency with which enhancements and new capabilities are delivered
