Job Description

• Analyze the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation
• Navigate the organization, bring together interested parties, negotiate differences, and draw effective conclusions
• Ask appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues
• Learn and applying WI’s Systems and Processes as they pertain to the job

• Solid experience with query languages such as SQL
• Experience programming languages and relational databases
• Solid grasp of the organizational structure supporting implementation and ongoing projects
• Proven ability in a data analysis role 
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of H&W Benefits
