JOB SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving salesgrowth, managing an inside sales team across multiple time zones, and ensuringthe achievement of sales targets and objectives. This position will be responsible forindustrial gas product sales to include hard-goods, packaged and small bulk gases,and safety products across multiple commercial targets and market segments witha focus on existing house accounts, previous lost business, and new accountgeneration (Box1/Box2, Box3 business).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Leading and managing a team of inside salesrepresentatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
*Setting sales goals and monitoring performancemetrics to ensure the team's success
*Providing coaching, training, and guidance toteam members to improve their sales skills and performance
*Building and maintaining strong relationshipswith customer base
*Collaborating with other sales teams across theorganization to develop and execute cross-selling opportunities
*Monitoring and managing sales pipelines, forecasting,and sales reporting (CRM)
*Conducting regular performance reviews and providingfeedback to team members
*Staying updated on industry trends, productknowledge, and sales training (MSM)
*50% plus travel
