Material Bank is seeking a motivated Brand Marketing Project Manager to join the organization and contribute by supporting our brand marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing calendar. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to schedule brand content in marketing schedule and execute email marketing to our Brand Partners.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires candidates to have strong communication and people skills as well as a tech-savvy nature. A willingness to roll-up your sleeves, jump right in, and take ownership will make a huge impact on Material Bank’s business development. 

What you’ll do: 

• Work closely with Brand Services, Sales, Merchandising and Member Growth Marketing team to schedule and coordinate brand content across various marketing channels, including email marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all marketing activities are planned, scheduled, and executed efficiently.
• Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns targeted towards our Brand Partners, ensuring messages are compelling, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Support Sales and Brand Services with the development of marketing materials including decks and promotional items.
• Contribute to the organization and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities to engage our audience and drive brand awareness.

What you’ll bring: 

• 3 years of relevant project/program management or related experience
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, Figma or similar platforms.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike and Notion
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive engagement
• Highly detail oriented and organized
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
