We are seeking an outgoing Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our Massage Envy team in Sarasota, FL., to assist with outbound customer service calls to our local members during the month of December. In this role, you will call our existing customers to relay information regarding their membership and billing, capture credit card information when applicable, and assist clients with related inquiries while professionally representing the Massage Envy brand. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, basic computer, and basic spreadsheet knowledge.

• Call clients to inform them about the company’s new services
• Review client accounts, providing updates and information about billing and membership
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Update credit card information and process payments in an efficient and accurate manner
• Direct client concerns to the appropriate manager for follow-up
