Job Type Full-time Description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for executing functions relating to staffing/recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Works alongside the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, to maintain strong partnerships throughout the organization and community.
This is a hybrid role, with three days per week in the office and two days remote.
Key Accountabilities:

• Create strong recruiting strategies, promote relationships with universities & industry partners, and increase the diversity of our candidate pool
• Work with Marketing to create a strong presence for external partnerships, social media, and job postings
• Coordinate talent management process from requisition to hire, including but not limited to partnering with hiring managers on overall strategies, maintaining job descriptions, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and developing pipelines
• Coordinate internship program
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Paylocity)
• Facilitate employee onboarding and conducts orientation
• Create, monitor, and implement HR training
• Assists AVP Human Resources with employee relations and special projects

Education/Experience/Training:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• 2-5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Payroll/HRIS/ATS systems
