Overview:
We are currently seeking an Office Staff member to join our team. As Office Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation between administration, production and payroll departments as well as greeting customers and vendors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide personal assistant support to management, including payroll assistance, invoicing, and processing credit cards
- Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents as needed
- Assist with inputting work orders, processing payments and allocating checks
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Provide support to internal departments, corporate requests and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve data accurately, Micro Soft Office
- Ordering supplies
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Familiarity progress billing and invoicing is preferred
- Experience SupplyPro/Hyphen Solutions is preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer applications for data entry and communication purposes
