Description:

Markon is currently seeking a Program Business Manager to support one of our Intelligence Community customers.

Duties include:

• Provide financial analysis, resource management and contract administrative support to COTRs
• Work closely with COTRs, internal teams, and external customers to ensure customers' expectations are properly met, and complex concerns are timely resolved.
• Participate in COTR or CO vendor meetings when requested
• Coordinate with the COTRs to advise the vendors on financial reporting as required.
• Work with internal teams on the development and modification of contract monitoring and reporting
• Work in collaboration with other functional teams to collect, and produce supporting contract management metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization (consulting and leadership experience a plus)
• Minimum 3 years experience with a strong business and finance background
