We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a program. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management, engineering) is required; a master's degree is preferred.
* At least 5 years of experience in program/project management, preferably with programs that supported large DoD network operation and maintenance efforts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Active DoD Secret clearance at minimum
* Ability to travel to customer locations (primarily Ft. Meade and Scott AFB) as required. Desired Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
* Previous experience managing DISA program and projects. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and processes.
* Monitor program progress and performance and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
* Provide leadership and guidance to program team members, motivating and inspiring them to achieve program goals.
* Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
* Make informed decisions and solve problems to ensure the successful delivery of programs.
* Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules.
* Prepare and present program status reports to stakeholders.
* Continuously improve program management processes and practices.
