Description:

Markon is seeking a Project Integrator to support one of our Intelligence Community customers. In this role you will:

• Coordinate topics and briefings for governance meetings, staff meetings and partnership meetings.
• Work with divisional project managers to coordinate project activities that require cross-divisional perspectives
• Assist with process documentation requests
• Assist the division chiefs in facilitating the flow of information across divisions and the front office
• Work with communications team on publications
• Compile weekly status reports and provide responses to corporate actions
• Provide daily calendaring and de-conflicting of meetings and conference rooms
• Maintain and populate SharePoint sites
• Coordinate and assist in on boarding of new staff and contractors
• Experience with building budgets is preferred

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI FSP
• 6 years' experience
• Previous experience with the customer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable working with senior government staff
• Well organized
• Understanding of working capital fund business model is a plus
