As the Facilities Operations Manager you will ensure that the communities assigned to you, conform to company standards, and that avenues are explored on an on-going basis to achieve more efficient operating practices, including cost savings options and asset preservation.

Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
Implement, coordinate, and monitor various projects, including maintenance programs, safety programs, policies, and procedures for the communities assigned

• Assist Community Managers in the hiring process and onboarding of Service Managers and
• Technicians. Provide direct support to communities when short staffed or in need.
• Train the maintenance site staff to assure that all are following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Education And Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in multifamily or related industry
• Thorough understanding of construction, municipality relations, plan reading and the permitting process and procedures
• A bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred, not required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative skills, working with diverse teams and external entities
• Demonstrated ability for multi-tasking and meeting simultaneous deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $51,046.97 - $61,475.93 per year
