```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with special projects as assigned
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a dental field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to transcribe and computerize information accurately
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Experience with Open Dental software a plus
- Knowledge of office management procedures is desirable
- Familiarity with filing systems, both physical and electronic, is beneficial
- Experience working in a medical office setting is an advantage
