Marco's Pizza is the FASTEST growing pizza company in the USA! Our team is currently hiring for Shift Managers! This role assists in performing leadership, management, and organizational tasks to ensure team members work effectively during their shifts to deliver the best products!

Make up to $18.00/hr including tips! The pay rate is based on experience, ability to learn, and perform at a fast pace.

Qualifications/ Skills

• At least 18 years of age or older
• Min 6 months experience in specific industry
• Friendly, positive attitude!
• Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, and goal-setting
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities include:

• Assigning duties to specific team members based on role and skills
• Supervising employees and assisting with tasks such as, delivery driving, make-line performance and being a great part of the team!
• Monitoring attendance and tardiness of employees
• Assisting in performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members
• Handling customer issues and managing conflicts 
• Stocking inventory, prepping foods, balancing cash register/ preparing cash deposits
• Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
• Maintaining a positive and creative environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18 per hour WITH TIP SHARE

Experience:

• Leadership - 1 year (preferred)
• Restaurant - 2 years (preferred)

Shift and Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends
• Day shift 
• Evening shift
