Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guest and be in charge of providing direct supervision and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Provide training, assign tasks, covering for absences when necessary.
• Assist with food preparation and ensure that all menu items are prepared according to company standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders
• Operate the Aloha POS system to process transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation area
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling and storage of food items
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

Skills:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
