Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and support

- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue

- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability

- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise

- Provide leadership and direction to the branch staff, fostering a positive work environment

- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Pay: $78,780.00 - $88,226.00 per year
