Maplevilles Cabinetry is Hiring a sales associate! Maplevilles is a fast growing B2B wholesale company that imports Kitchen cabinets. We are looking for a driven sales person to join our team!

Job description:

• Answer phone calls and customer inquiry emails.
• Contact leads and provide information related to their inquiry
• cold/ warm call cabinet dealers to obtain new business
• Process orders, estimates, order changes, and inventory inquiries
• Help resolve customer issues either with RMA replacements or product questions.
• Communicate with warehouse manager for incoming shipments and order status updates.
• Keep track record of product quality issues and inform purchasing.
• help create content for social media accounts
• manage social media accounts

Requirements:

• Ability to work in the anywhere in the USA
• Must speak fluent English
• Minimum of 2 years customer service or sales experience
• Detail-oriented
• Multi-tasker
• Great communication skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
