Malone Workforce Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative that is responsible for entering, monitoring, and tracking installs, start-ups, and special programs, claims / invoicing / start-up paperwork, maintains order information filing system.
Shift : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Pay : $17 / hr
Essential Job Functions :
- Entering, monitoring, and tracking of customer purchase orders.
- Maintain order information filing system.
- Analyzes customer service needs and refers to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed.
Job Requirements :
- High School Diploma, with a minimum of one year of experience in product or customer service is required.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Familiar and able to work with Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic planning and problem solving / analytical skills.
- Accurate, detail oriented and organized.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment coping with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
- Normal office environment; must be able to sit for long periods of time.
