Major Contracting Group is Hiring an Executive Assistant to the President Near Redford, MI

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to support our President in driving our company's success to new heights.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and executive travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.

  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Salary Range: The salary range for this position typically falls between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
