Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, financial operations, and dentall management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, dental office management, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable/payable
- Coordinate and supervise office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, medical history, and insurance details
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient care coordination
- Utilize Dentrix software to manage patient scheduling, billing, and insurance claims
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in medical terminology and managed care
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical office management or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Dentrix software or similar dental practice management software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures in acute care settings
- Experience managing a dental office or working closely with dental professionals is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
