Level Resources is Hiring an Office Admin Near Saint Petersburg, FL

We specialize in unique restoration services, seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Admin/Support. As our Office Admin, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Acts as a liaison between the organization and external providers and vendors.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings.
  • Organizing files, preparing documents.
  • Tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist with proofreading sensitive documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, termination and retention practices, conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
  • May assist with payroll functions including processing, fixing processing errors, distributing checks, and entering bills and payments.

Requirements:

  • Strong organization skills and time management skills
  • Previous experience as an HR assistant, or in an administrative role is preferred
  • Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple lines
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using HR portals, other computerized systems/software, QuickBooks is a plus.

Compensation range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience.
