Key responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development, and implementation.
  • Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements, and implementation of projects.
  • Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting stakeholder and business objectives. Identifies, analyses, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks.
  • Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors, and management.
  • Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members.
  • Has accountability for overall project or multiple work streams including project plan, scope, cost, work schedule, design and build, and contractual deliverables
  • Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team
  • Manages project resources including subcontractors
  • Establishes effective communications with stakeholders
  • Ensures delivery to the project plan and budget
  • Provides full project reporting

We are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a delivery focused, project related environment.
  • Project management experience and exposure to project controls built on a solid foundation of technical skills, operational skills would be an added value.
  • Solid and in-depth knowledge of End User computing from both a service and support perspective.
  • High level of discipline, planning and organisational skills – following through on actions and ensuring necessary documentation.
  • Motivated self-starter with proactive attitude.
  • Experience with infrastructure and application modernization projects
  • Experience with external resource management
  • Experience of the Maersk business and regional structures advantageous.
  • Exposure to IT Operations
  • Exposure to Dev-Ops models and Agile methodologies
