Mad for Chicken – Host Position

Compensation $15 per hour

Host Position Summary

Mad for Chicken Hosts are usually the first point of contact with our guests. First impressions are key. The position needs a dynamic individual who is expertly knowledgeable on our entire menu and processes. Persons who work well with people tend to thrive in this position. This can be a fast-paced position during busy times, and often requires employees to be on their feet. Taking care of our guests is the number one priority. Good thing is that we have an amazing program!

Host Responsibilities

Responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers.

Greets customers take their food and beverage orders, rings orders into the register.

The ability to prepare and serve hot and cold drinks.

Assembles food and beverage orders, checks them for completeness and accuracy, and packages orders for on premise and for takeout.

Collects payments from guests and makes a change.

Maintains cleanliness of stations, tables, counters, and floors.

Guest issue resolution.

Job Qualifications

Extensive training provided for the position.

1-2 years’ restaurant experience preferred.

A positive attitude is a must.

Smiling and pleasant at all times.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to take direction.

Exceptional time management skills.

Understanding of basic food safety procedures.

Team Player.
