Position Summary:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team. Areas of support will include, but are not limited to, onboarding, recruiting, data and records maintenance, as well as special projects as assigned.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
Education and Experience:
· High School Diploma, AS or BS Degree in Business or Human Resources desired
· One to three years of office administration, experience in a human resources office is a plus
· Microsoft Office 365 skills including expert level Microsoft Word and Excel
· Requires strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Computer proficiency including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and generating reports using standard software applications.
· Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
· Ability to work independently, investigate problems, initiate solutions, work under deadline constraints, and manage multiple tasks.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills including sensitivity and ability to work with confidential information.
· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
· Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
· Ability to maintain a high-level of professionalism.
· Ability to multitask and good time management skills required.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
· Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, lift, crouch, kneel, bend, climb stairs, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
· Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
· Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing, analyzing, and interpreting data and figures, using a computer terminal, and/or extensive reading.
Environmental Conditions:
Work is performed in a typical office environment with occasional exposure to falling when climbing ladder.
