Summary: The Product Manager is directly responsible for the success of assigned Mach7 products, ensuring the product provides a consistent and professional experience for Mach7 customers. Through collaboration and partnership with Development, Marketing, and Sales, understanding the customers evolving needs to deliver relevant and industry leading products.

Key Responsibilities:

• a vital role in assisting the development of the vision, strategy, roadmap and releases of Mach7 product(s).
• as intermediary between market/business requirements and R&D to advocate for the product internally.
• product features by analyzing customer needs and breaking them down into functional stories.
• (and remove) roadblocks across teams to meet quality standards, project deadlines, and business objectives.
• an evangelist and subject matter expert to the community.
• and implement internal (and possibly customer) training on how to use the product.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills

• working directly with product and development teams in a collaborative medical software development environment.
• knowledge in the writing of requirements for development teams.
• understanding of healthcare informatics workflows.
• written and verbal communication skills.
• leadership, organization, and time management skills.
• knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, initiatives, and technical frameworks such as HL7, DICOM and IHE would be a benefit.
• assisting in the management of a product roadmap.
• understanding of managing and triaging customer requests.
