Our client, one of the largest and most dynamic utility companies is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for their location in Bridgewater, NJ.
The ideal candidate would need to have 2 years of administrative experience (Operations). Responsibilities for this position will include providing general administrative support for day-to-day managerial and departmental needs and special projects, which may include but are not limited to, composing correspondence, obtaining permits, preparing, and distributing meeting minutes, processing purchasing card and fleet-related expenses, and initiating purchasing transactions.
